Yes. We can shoot in 24 FPS, 30 FPS, and 60 FPS, depending on what you are looking for.

Yes, we do. Please send us a message or book a consult with us to let us know precisely what you want for your project.

Can I request an in-person consultation or meeting?

Yes, we can arrange that.

Do you come up with video concepts, branding ideas, storyboarding, or creative direction?

Yes, we do. We provide shot lists and storyboards for all of our projects, and our team will gladly develop video concepts if you don’t already have ideas. We also can provide scripts at an additional charge.

What does an average video shoot schedule look like?

A typical 2-3 minute promo video or infomercial would take about 6-8 hours. We would arrive on location and set up for an hour. Shoot for 4-6 hours and then break down/clean up. Longer videos would take a few more hours, and some would require more than one day to shoot.

In what ways should I prepare before filming?

Our team will generally provide insight into how to prepare or what we require before filming. Usually, you will want to clean your office, workspace, or any areas where our cameras may be so that your “set” is ready to go when we come to film. If you have created any interview questions to be asked or responded to on camera, you should practice answering those questions or discussion points beforehand. Scripts for teleprompters should be submitted at least one day in advance to avoid additional setup time during production.

Can you film in the rain, snow, outdoors, etc.?

Yes, within reason.

We aren’t ready. Can we reschedule?

Absolutely!

What is the turnaround time for the videos? How will they be delivered?

This depends on the length of the video. But typically, you can receive your first draft within 1-2 weeks. Then we can work on the second draft of adjustments that need to be made. Drafts can be delivered through an unlisted YouTube or Vimeo link. Final copies will be delivered as files through your choice of Google Drive, WeTransfer, or DropBox.

Can I post the videos?

Of course! We typically use royalty-free music from Artlist.io so that you can post the videos.
